ZML160 Tunnel Drilling Rig is Under Construction in a Tunnel Project in Southwest of China
Project site: Wanda Project, Chongqing
Project Difficulties: The tunnel is prone to karst caves and underground rivers, and there is a large amount of water gushing during blasting. How will ZSIM ZML160 effectively solve the tunnel water discharge problem? Please continue reading!
Drilling Rig Model: ZML160 tunnel drilling rig equipped with drilling tool ofφ76mm drill rods.
Technology Type: Advance exploration geological forecast and drainage hole construction.
Stratum Conditions: The surrounding rock of the tunnel is sandstone, granite, lignite, etc. The rock is hard with poor cementation, many rock caves, large pores, saturation, and extremely poor self-stabilization.
Construction Angle: 2° Hole diameter: 108mm Hole Depth: 60m Construction Efficiency: 200min Pure Drilling Time: 180min Single Drilling Rod Installation and Disassembly Drilling Tool Time: 4min
Construction process ZML160 advanced drilling geological forecast supporting equipment: one 220SCYT high-pressure air compressor and one 340 high-pressure impactor.
1. Drive the equipment to the designated location.
2. Connect the cable and air compressor duct, and lubricate the drill rod and flange. The connection sequence is: external thread flange--drill rod--impactor--drill bit.
3. Start the equipment and air compressor, swing to the designated drilling position, turn on the wind switch and hear the impact sound of the impactor, turn on the rotation and propulsion of the equipment, observe the propulsion speed, and adjust the propulsion pressure appropriately until the drilling efficiency reaches the optimal level.
4. During the drilling, the water and slag discharge of the rock drill and the drilling position should be observed. After the rock drill reaches the limit position of the propulsion beam, install the drill rod. Repeat this step in sequence until the hole is drilled to the specified depth.
5. Remove the drill rod, move the rock drill back and clamp the outer thread flange and the drill rod joint with the fork - reverse the rock drill - loosen it and clamp the drill rod and the outer thread flange with the release device - clamp the previous drill rod with the fork - reverse until the drill rod falls off. Repeat this step in sequence until all drill rods are removed. |
