DWS901 anchor injection drilling rig is a tunnel support equipment in tunnel drilling and blasting construction, which is widely used in railway, highway, water conservancy, metallurgy and other fields of tunnel roadway, culvert support etc. Full hydraulic drive, integrating drilling, grouting, anchor rod installation, prestress application, anchor rod positioning, information upload and other systems, with gas alarm function. With drilling station, anchor station, resin roll station, grouting station, each station switch flexible and accurate positioning. Pre-installed 9 bolts at a time, can be compatible with φ22, R25, R32, R36 and other specifications of bolts. It integrates the functions of bolt pushing, expanding shell head opening, resin roll stirring, bolt locking, prestress application (prestress adjustable), grouting and so on. Supports a maximum of 5m external resin rolled bolt and expanded shell bolt installation, a maximum of 4m internal resin rolled bolt installation, and a minimum of 3m length bolt installation. Equipped with adjustable grouting machine, automatic pulping, preset water injection, water cement ratio, automatic control of cement injection amount. Equipped with a grouting recorder, the grouting pressure and flow rate can be monitored in real time, and the grouting process can be completed directly through the grouting station of the bolt power head.
