Recently, a DrillGod DW902-M integrated drilling, grouting, and anchor installation rig completed its full assembly, performance testing, and factory quality inspection. It was successfully loaded onto a truck and dispatched to the customer’s construction site to provide reliable equipment support for tunnel rock mass support projects.
As a key piece of equipment for tunnel support construction, the DW902-M integrates drilling, anchor installation, and grouting operations into a single unit. It optimizes traditional manual high-altitude support construction methods, reduces safety hazards associated with working at heights, and enhances the automation and mechanization of tunnel support construction. The equipment is compatible with various construction methods, including mortar anchor bolts, hollow grouting anchor bolts, and resin anchor bolts, and can meet the support requirements for all types of tunnels—such as highway, railway, and water conservancy projects—offering strong versatility and a wide range of applications.
The equipment is equipped with a three-station advance beam and an anchor storage hopper capable of pre-loading multiple anchors. It relies on mechanical systems to complete anchor feeding and replacement operations, reducing manual intervention. The entire machine features a separate hydraulic and electrical system design: diesel power is used for travel, ensuring agile maneuverability and excellent hill-climbing performance to adapt to complex site terrain; electric power is used for operations, delivering energy efficiency, low noise, and stable performance. Paired with a fully hydraulic rock-drilling power head, it delivers high drilling efficiency in hard rock and consistent hole formation, meeting the demands of large-cross-section tunnel construction.
From component assembly to no-load and load testing of the complete machine, the equipment strictly adheres to the manufacturer’s quality inspection standards upon leaving the factory.
